Thank you so much for your list of ideas. I have included a link to your article in my blog because you had some really useful ideas. Last year I made the mistake of buying one of those digital photo frames for Mama, and she looked at it once all year (when I showed it to her after loading tons of her favorite photos). I realized then that regular photos she can hold in her hands are more enjoyable than the digital frame. So this year I'll put a Great-Grandma's Brag Book together with pictures of her and our little granddaughter. That way she can tuck it in her purse and look at it whenever she wants to--the old-fashioned way. So I'm still learning as I go. I know that many of your ideas are things that would appeal to Mama. Thank you again!
Blessings,
Joan

Thank you for this article! I know that we all have a difficult time trying to get something that "won't sit around!", and often times we end up getting something that sits around anyhow. I enjoy your closing statement, "And the most valuable gift of all is, your time", because we all take this Holiday to be about gift giving and impressing. We all need to realize that people enjoy company, and good company is priceless.
