A Justice report found that bully's lack self-control and compassion and need to be supervised and kept separated from those they victimize. It is advised to identify the anti-social behaviors and even to have someone in authority discipline them immediately if you're afraid for your own safety. We've been blessed to not have to deal with this but I have seen it happen with adults in the workplace. Definitely a sad situation but, like you, I'm so glad Gloria didn't have to find out. People are still human no matter what age they are. Obviously, they missed the how to play with others message when they were in kindergarten and beyond. I certainly hope there was at the very least a feeling of chagrin when they heard about Gloria's accident. Thanks for sharing this personal story.
