April is Stress Awareness month and anyone who has ever provided senior care for a loved one fully understands the stress that can come with the territory. Some crisis situations may cause extreme stress, but others are a part of a caregiver’s day to day duties. As caregivers, we can learn to recognize stress and do all we can to deal with it in a positive way.
